Eli Alicea is a qualified and accredited personal trainer in Charleston, SC. His credentials include a B.S. in Exercise and Sport Science, N.S.C.A. Certified Strength & Conditioning Specialist, F.R.C. Certified, A.C.S.M. Health Fitness Specialist, and Certification in Functional Movement Screen Level 1.
ABOUT US
Built on the science behind skill and strength training, Eli's method focuses on teaching his members the right form, first and foremost, and then motivating them to build on that form to grow stronger, faster and more agile with every session. With an extensive education and background in sport science, functional movement, and conditioning methods, Eli's and his team have what it takes to help you lay a strong foundation, learn the right movements, and avoid injury. How far you go... that's up to you!

Personalization & Structure
One-on-one training offers the most specialized experience available. While all of our programs are tailored to the client's individual needs, private training guarantees uninterrupted attention during your sessions. This program is wonderful for anyone training for a competition or even recovering from an injury. A popular option is to combine both private and semi-private sessions for an all around experience.
Support & Motivation
The semi-private training option groups 2-3 clients of similar ability with one certified trainer. Some exercises will require individual attention and others will include the group as a whole. This option offers several great advantages such as accountability, motivation, teambuilding and affordability. As an added bonus, you are sure to gain a great new workout-buddy!
Customization & Flexibiltiy
The great thing about The Body Lab SC's process is that each client's individual needs are assessed for optimal program design and results. If what you need is a tried and true training program to follow, and already feel confident with your own motivation and form, then online training may be right for you! We will email you a customized 4 week plan and be on call to to give help whenever you need to touch base. No travel or stress, just great tools for success!
